Taking to her Instagram account under her handle @sachzna, she shared a multi-slide carousel post featuring a black-and-white bedroom photo of them cuddling with their dog. However, the subsequent slides, featured long text blocks written that had everyone talking as it seemingly looked like a farewell message.

Sachzna began her letter by acknowledging the deep love they shared throughout their relationship timeline.

"Salamat sa 3 years. Sa lahat ng happy memories, sa pag-aalaga mo, at sa pagmamahal na binigay mo sakin. Hindi ko ma-dedeny na minahal mo talaga ako nang sobra," Sachzna wrote.

She fondly recalled how he took care of her from preparing her water before bedtime, and massaging her aching feet, to driving her through long trips, and bringing her flowers every single month as well.

However, the tone completely changed for netizens when Sachzna admitted that she could no longer endure the hidden pain within their relationship, mentioning the several betrayals she found out and encountered.

"Pero sorry… sorry kung kailangan ko nang sumuko ngayon. Sorry kung hindi na kita kayang hintayin. Hindi ko na kaya yung mga betrayal at yung pain every time may nalalaman ako."
