Ella Cruz recently made some clarifications about her father’s pink campaign color.
As per the actress’ Facebook posts, her father Tantan Trinidad Cruz is eyeing for mayoral position in Angat, Bulacan as an independent candidate.
Ella likewise explained that their pink usage has nothing to do with Vice President Leni Robredo’s presidential bid.

“Our PINK doesn’t define who’s ‘our nation leader’.
Last month pa nakaready na pink kami.
INDEPENDENT po tatakbo ang Papa ko, walang kapartido, kaming pamilya lang.”
In the comment section, the 25-year-old also star penned, “Nauna kami sa pink. Kaso maliit na bayan lang naman ang Angat di naman pang buong bansa.”
