An old video of Vice Ganda has once more surfaced, primarily brought about by the controversial statement of Direk Bobet in LOL, where he said that money was not the issue as to why he left, but rather health.
The video was taken during the July 24 episode of It's Showtime, where Vice could be seen and heard expressing his heart out.
"Kaya sa eleksyon, iboto n’yo ‘yung magbibigay ng franchise; para mai-hotel namin kayo. Tinanggalan nila kayo ng chance, eh, na mai-hotel namin kayo! Kaya huwag n’yo silang iboto," Vice said, referring to the 70 congressmen and women who supported the closure and the non-renewal of ABS-CBN's franchise.

Vice Ganda is a Filipino comedian. He is known in real life as Jose Marie Viceral. He is also an endorser and a TV host.
Vice Ganda, during a segment of It's Showtime, asked about what could possibly be the feelings of the children of "corrupt officials." He asked this after a Reinanay contestant gave her answer to the question as to whether she would allow her son or daughter to date a corrupt official. Karylle likewise seconded the question by asking, "Paano sila nabubuhay?" The comedian further made an illustration, and asked how one would be able to answer his child who would ask his or her parent if his grandfather is corrupt.
Vice Ganda’s vlog with Ion Perez and Ryan Bang uploaded on February 7 is currently resurfacing. This, after Direk Bobet Vidanes emotionally explained in an episode of “Lunch Out Loud” that he left “It’s Showtime” because it was not healthy for him anymore. In Vice’s old vlog, the comedian revealed that he was surprised and clueless about Direk Bobet’s decision. He frankly opened up as well that he was offended by what Direk Bobet did.
