Derek Ramsay recently posted on his IG Stories what looked like an invitation card with a drawing of the actor’s face being covered by his fiancée Ellen Adarna’s hand showing her engagement ring.

The drawing is inspired by the famous photo of Derek’s face being covered by the hand of Ellen wearing an engagement ring given to her by the actor after he proposed.
The card also showed the words “confidential” and “save the date!”

The couple met in January, admitted their romantic relationship in February, and the following month, the actor proposed to Ellen and she accepted.
When asked when will their wedding take place, the actor answered at the time that it’s going to happen within the year, though he decline to provide an exact date.
He said that he would like it to be a mystery so everyone would be surprised.
Several months after Derek proposed, their friend and constant companion, Vito Selma, posted on his own IG Stories photos of the actor and Ellen going through what looked like official documents inside a legal size brown envelope.
Selma also captioned his post with “This is it! No Return, No Exchange!”
It was the same words that Ellen’s mom used to tell him, as Derek himself revealed in his past interviews when it comes to marrying a woman.
It is not clear whether his recent post of photos of what looked like an invitation card is related to his love story, proposal, and planned wedding.
Derek himself would surely reveal it in due time if it is what it appeared to be.
Derek Arthur Paggao Ramsay Jr., or simply Derek Ramsay as he is known by many, is a British-Filipino actor, model, and host. He was born on born December 7, 1976 in Enfield, England to British father Derek Arthur Ramsay, Sr., and Filipino mother Remedios Paggao-Ramsay. At the time, his mother was the chief of the housekeeping division of 11 Cadogan Gardens in England while his father worked as an inspector for the police in Scotland Yard. Though he was born in Britain, Derek was raised in Cainta, Rizal. During the 2000s, he worked as an actor and as a model. He then went on to play roles in various movies like Habang May Buhay, The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin, I Love You, Goodbye, and No Other Woman.

This came after Derek and Ellen had their 'pamamanhikan' in Siargao where the Ramsay and Adarna families met and bonded. They even posted a family picture where all of them were together. The veteran columnist expressed happiness for Derek, having found "the one" and for Ellen, finding her and Elias' "rock."

In a series of online posts on Instagram, the celebrity couple shared several glimpses into their fun family beach outing - On social media, Derek even expressed how happy he is upon seeing both of their families finally meet and bond. It can be recalled that back in March, Derek went viral after he proposed to the 33-year-old actress.
