Cristy Fermin, during her Cristy Ferminute show, opted to talk about the possible candidacy of Raffy Tulfo for senator, albeit, there was still no confirmation from the TV host.

According to Cristy, what they would be telling the public would be information that has reached them, but she is not confirming any of it.
"Ang ikukuwento lang po namin ay kung ano ang nakararating na impormasyon sa amin na nanggagaling din po sa loob ng pulitika," said Cristy.

She then proceeded that if indeed, Raffy will run, she believes that he would make it even if he would choose to run as an independent.
Cristy then cited the usual sentiments of people on the streets, wherein she said, she would hear them jokingly say, "Ay wala-walang korte, Tulfo lang yan!"
"Si Kuya Raffy ang tinaguriang Pambasang Sumbungan ng Bayan ngayon, ano nga ang biruan ng mga tambay, ‘Ay, wala-walang korte, Tulfo lang yan!’"
The veteran columnist also noted that from what they heard, Raffy Tulfo will be the running mate of Sen. Manny Pacquiao.
"Hindi ko po alam kung kayo ay matutuwa o masa-shock. Ang mainit po na pinag-uusapan, ang magiging running mate po ni Kuya Raffy Tulfo ay si Senador Manny Pacquiao!" said Cristy.
Cristy Fermin is a veteran broadcaster. She is currently the main host of Cristy Ferminute. She has a show with Lolit Solis and Mr. Fu on News 5.
She also addressed the bashers who sent her comments regarding her statement on the comparison between Jinkee Pacquiao and Kristine Hermosa. The veteran columnist emphasized that she was just being truthful, "Nagpakatotoo lang." She said that her only point was that, she has witnessed Kristine's career, saw her beauty, and has also seen how Jinkee looked before she had undergone surgery. Kristine's beauty, according to Cristy is organic.
She once again had a commentary about Sen. Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao. She aired her honest thoughts about the social media posts of the couple, especially Jinkee. Nay Cristy believes that the two’s social media pages are being handled by admins. The talk show host then suggested that the said admins must share posts that are more relatable to the masses.
