Robin Padilla took to social media to ask advice from his fans and followers on Facebook.
In his Facebook live video, Robin asked netizens to help him decide whether to run for politics in next year’s election or to just focus on his movie career.

According to Robin, he has options to run as a senator, as governor of Camarines Norte, or as mayor of Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
The action star said that he thought deeply in 2018 to run as governor of Camarines Norte but backed out when he found out that he needed at least 150 million for the campaign. He said that he would have to borrow money to fund his campaign and if he wins, he would have to grant a ton of favors to the people who let him borrow millions of pesos.

However, he is still considering joining the election next year despite that issue because of his passion and desire to serve people and create positive change.
On the other hand, Robin said that he will work on “Bad Boy 3” and “Mistah 2” in case he decides not to enter politics.
“Sobrang naguguluhan ako… Kayo na po ang mag-desisyon, pulitika o pelikula?” Robin told netizens.
Robin Padilla is a famous action star and endorser in the Philippines. He is married to actress-host Mariel Padilla. The actor has two children with Mariel – Isabella and Gabriela.
Mariel went viral for expressing her support for employees of the Kapamilya network after ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal was rejected by Congress. Robin has also made known his position, saying that he wants the network to be reformed but he does not want it to get shut down.
Robin also made the news after his sibling BB Gandanghari accused him of being a neglectful brother and a hypocrite. Robin Padilla responded to BB by expressing his love for his sibling.
