- It can be recalled that the term "brain cells" became popular after Cualoping called Angel Locsin as one having no brain cells
- Thereafter, Neil Arce, the husband of Angel, publicly challenged Cualoping to face him following his personal attacks on Angel

Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Undersecretary Mon Cualoping took to Facebook and made another post about "brain cells" after Neil Arce publicly challenged him to a one-on-one for having insulted his wife, Angel Locsin, through personal attacks.

In his Sept. 12 post, the PIA Undersecretary reposted the post of Ethel Pineda about being called "tanga."

The one posted by Ethel was:
"Pag tinawag kang tanga, I suggest do not make so much fuss in public about it. Do not call attention to yourself, giving people the chance to prove it is indeed true."
Cualoping's post came after Neil Arce publicly challenged him to a one on one, "lalake sa lalake" due to the undersecretary's personal attacks on Angel Locsin.

"Hey Mon I don’t know you, but people have been sending me this post. Mukhang sobrang tapang mo sa Facebook sir. I respect your political stand and your opinions but insulting my wife personally is a bit off. You can message me here on Facebook kung matapang ka talaga kita tayo no weapons no bodyguards lalake sa lalake lang kung di ka lalaki baka may kuya ka or kapatid na bata. Puwede na din proxy. Hope to see you soon."
Angel Locsin or Angelica Locsin Colmenares is a famous actress and endorser in the Philippines, who is best known for her portrayal of the superhero Darna. The actress is currently engaged to Neil Arce.
The actress took to social media to thank everyone for all the prayers she and her family received. Previously, Angel made headlines when she revealed that her father, Angelo Colmenares, contracted COVID-19. In her latest Instagram post, the actress gave a short and quick update about her family and said that she will be taking her previous post down. Aside from this, Angel shared that "10 members of the fam" also contracted COVID-19 even though they are living in separate houses.
Recently, Lolit Solis expressed her heartbreak over the death of celebrity photographer Raymond Isaac due to COVID-19. According to Lolit, she also got concerned by the news that former beauty queen Shamcey Supsup tested positive for COVID-19. She said that Shamcey’s symptoms were mild because she got fully vaccinated.
