Lovi Poe has taken to social media mourn the passing of Noemi Tesorero, popularly known as Mahal.

On her Instagram page, Lovi posted a photo where Mahal could be seen sitting on her lap. Both of them were also smiling charmingly in the snapshot.

In the caption, the Kapuso actress expressed her grief over the heartbreaking news about the comedienne.

“Gone too soon” she penned with a broken heart emoji.

“We’ll never forget you and all the laughter we shared. Mahal ka namin,” Lovi added.

Meanwhile, Mahal’s supporters took to the comment section to react to Lovi’s heartfelt post.

Mahal died on August 31 due to COVID-19, her sister, Irene Tesorero confirmed.

Mahal, born as Noemi Tesorero, is a Filipina comedienne and social media star. She starred in movies such as “Id'Nal (Mapusok)” (2012), “Kokey” (1997) and “Mr. Suave: Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy! Hoy!” (2003).

Following the news about her death, Mahal and her rumored boyfriend Mygz Molino’s last vlog with Mura has resurfaced. It shows Mahal and Mura bidding each other goodbye after Mahal and Mygz visited and stayed in Mura’s place in Bicol.

Aside from her infectious laugh and three-foot height, Mahal was also known for having a colorful love life. Ever since she made a name in showbiz, her love life intermittently became the subject of intrigue. KAMI then enumerated five men who were romantically linked to Mahal.
