Angel Locsin, for the first time, opened up about being a stepmom to the 14-year-old son of Neil Arce.

The actress revealed her own thoughts during Karen Davilá's Spotify podcast Episode 4, which featured her and her husband Neil.
Angel, was asked if she is now ready to take the role of a stepmother to Neil's son.
Angel was happy to answer the question because even before they were married, the son of Neil already considered her as his aunt.

Angel then explained that whatever it is that Neil's son would call her would be okay with her.
"Hindi ko naman sinisingit ‘yung sarili ko sa picture. I am happy na tawagin akong Tita Angel. Wala akong problema doon. Kung tawagin niya ako ng kahit ano, walang problema sa akin," said Angel.
She also described the mom of the kid as someone "kalog" and "mabait" and very hands on.
Angel Locsin, known in real life as Angelica Locsin Colmenares, is a Filipina actress and endorser. She is currently in a relationship with Neil Arce. Angel has also produced films and is a fashion designer.
Many celebrities have taken to social media to appeal for help for the victims in Cagayan Valley. The hashtag #CagayanNeedsHelp trended after waters rushed so suddenly and high that it rendered the area become like Pacific Ocean. Some of the celebrities who appealed to the public for Cagayan were Angel Locsin, Robi Domingo, Bianca Gonzalez, and Richard Juan. VP Leni Robredo coordinated with the AFP and the marines following the cry for help of residents trended on social media.
Angel Locsin uploaded a photo of her meeting with Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong. Some people in the comments section criticized Locsin for seemingly defending Magalong. Magalong has been in the news for allegedly being a part of Tim Yap’s party that violated COVID-19 health protocols. Locsin then called out one of the critics who she recalled as one of the organizers of the pro-ABS-CBN rally last year. The actress asked that netizen what she did when social distancing was not observed during the said rally.
