- Their constant companion, Vito Selma, oftentimes referred to as their third wheel, uploaded the photo online and captioned it with “This is it!”
- Both photo and caption electrified the Internet community, fueling speculations that the two might already be processing documents needed for their planned wedding as it can be recalled that Derek mentioned they were already processing their marriage license

There was one on Ellen’s lap though with words clearly showing that it was a “Certificate of Birth.”
While nobody has any idea on what documents the two envelopes contained, the caption of Vito on the photo might give a clue as to what they might be.
“This is it! NO return, NO exchange!” the caption written by Vito says.
There is also the previous statement of Derek saying that he and Ellen were already processing their marriage license.
Whether or not the documents might indeed turn out to be the papers needed in applying for a marriage license, remains to be seen.
Perhaps Derek or Ellen will make the announcement in the coming days about the nature of the documents.

After being with GMA Network for 3 years, she moved to rival network ABS-CBN in 2013. She has a son, Elias Modesto, with ex-BF John Lloyd Cruz. In February of 2021, she and Derek Ramsay became a romantic couple.

Several weeks ago, Ellen also showed the stuff she’s made of when answering the questions of her social media followers. The actress also said that even if her fiancé asks for forgiveness, she wouldn’t take him back. Ellen also candidly answered questions relating to her engagement with Derek and her co-parenting arrangement with ex-beau, John Lloyd Cruz.
Recently Ellen had her usual Q&A segment on Instagram and she addressed questions in her candid and nonchalant manner. One of the questions directed towards her was whether she checks the phone of Derek. The actress adamantly answered that she does not check his phone. She even described those who do as someone psychotic, and she is not one of them.
