Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz recently had a video meeting along with Leo Katigbak, Vanessa Valdez, and Cathy Grace-Molina for a new ABS-CBN project.
Apparently, they had a meeting to discuss the restored version of Bea and John Lloyd's movie, 'Miss You Like Crazy' which was released back in 2010.
Leo, who is the head of Film Restoration and Dolphy Theater of ABS-CBN network, took to Instagram to share a screenshot of their meeting and an old photo he has of the two celebrities.
Leo also penned a caption to reminisce the time they were able to physically meet but also opined that it did not change the importance of meeting each other even if it is only online.
"Candid moment. The last time the 5 of us were together was for a ONE MORE CHANCE special recording. That time, it was over Italian food and face-to-face. We have to settle for zoom for now but it doesn’t make the moment any less special."
On the other hand, Vanessa, who wrote the script for the film reposted the screenshot of their meeting on her Instagram Story along with a lengthy message regarding the film. She also thanked Leo for restoring the film.
"Thank you, @lpk325 for restoring and preserving our films. And for finding a way to make our lives intersect once again. It may have been brief and fleeting, like ferries passing each other on the Pasig River. But truly meaningful and transformative. Like the friendship, connection and love Mia and Allan found in each other."
