The beauty queen posted this hours after Neil took to his Instagram Stories and said that he and the beauty queen are not together anymore.
He said that they remain friends and that both have moved on.
He also encouraged everyone to be kind.

Rabiya Mateo went live after the intense national costume segment at the Miss Universe pageant. She was crying, apologizing if she has disappointed a lot of people. The national costume segment did not go as planned as she no longer wore the headpiece. Some of the beauty queens who quickly offered her words of encouragement include Maxine Medina, Kylie Versoza, MJ Lastimosa, Michele Gumabao and Pia Wurtzbach.
A fake account on Twitter is now claiming as the official account of Rabiya Mateo. However, the beauty queen stated that she has no Twitter account. Rabiya declared this to MJ Lastimosa, who is one of her biggest supporters, who went with the whole Miss U crew. She categorically said, "wala akong Twitter."
