Ella Cruz is the lead star of the movie Gluta. In the digital conference for the said movie, which is set to start streaming on July 2, the actress revealed her own insecurities.

"Una sa lahat, ang liit ko. Marami ang mas maganda sa akin, tapos medyo hindi ako makinis noong nagsisimula ako," the actress revealed.
She then added that growing up, while she may still have insecurities, she also realized that every person has his or her own "kagandahan."
PhilStar reported that Ella admitted having been bullied before because of her face.
She also learned to accept that there would always be those who would be more beautiful than her, or one who is a better dancer.
The actress honestly opened up about not having many magazine covers.
"Siguro, hindi pang-magazine ang mukha ko," said the actress.
CinemaBravo posted that the movie also stars Marco Gallo, Juliana Parizcova, Arlene Muhlach, Cristina Gonzalez, and of course, directed by Darryl Yap.
Previously, Ella shared how it became easy for her to do taping without a PA in Japan. She recounted that while it was the first time, shooting the movie with Meg Imperial was fun, as reported in ABS-CBN.
