Ellen Adarna's fiancé, Derek Ramsay, recently took to social media to share a video of their "kikay nights."
On Saturday, May 15, KAMI learned that in the video, Derek shared that his face needed some hydration and collagen.
He then needs to put on a skincare mask which the actress will then help him put on much to the amusement of their supporters.

"So tonight is kikay night. My face needs some hydration and needs some collagen," Derek said.
As Ellen helped put the mask on his face, she suddenly went ahead and said that Derek is more "kikay" than her, "By the way guys, he is more kikay than me."
"That's not true," Derek immediately replied to which Ellen answered back, "It's so true."
When she pointed out he had a pimple on his face, Derek could not help but crack a cheesy line, "I'm in love with you."
