Ethel Booba discussed with KAMI how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is affecting her life.
According to Ethel, COVID-19 halted her career since out-of-town shows, gigs, and performances were canceled for public safety.
She shared that this inactivity has been difficult for her because she has become used to being always busy.
Fortunately, Ethel has a popular YouTube channel that allows her to work and entertain people.
As for her family life, Ethel said that the health crisis made it difficult for her to spend time with her mother and siblings.
It also made it impossible for her daughter, Michaela, to enjoy the outdoors with her parents.
Ethel Booba, whose real name is Ethyl Gabison, is an actor, comedienne, and vlogger in the Philippines. Her partner is chef Jessie Salazar and they have a daughter named Michaela.

The comedienne also showed her sense of humor by showing the “fruit” of her vlogging. She pranked her viewers by pretending that she was able to buy a resort through her YouTube earnings.
