Five complainants have approached Tulfo to seek assistance with their current plight. Apparently, Arche and her sister, Crystal Arche have recruited people for their investment firm. In turn, the complainants also recruited more people to join the firm with all of them investing huge amounts of money.

According to the complainants, the firm started out fine and seemed legitimate as they were earning more money, however, the sisters have simply disappeared with the complainants' money and can no longer be contacted. They also mentioned several people who are connected to the firm. The names they gave Tulfo were King Sarmenta, Jezreel Atillano Garcia, and Junnel Bacuetas a.k.a. Benjie Bitangcol.

Tulfo told them that they can file an estafa or swindling case and that he will forward their case to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) as well as disseminate the information on social media to educate people regarding the IX TRADE/IXTRADE firm.
