“Feeling ko I wasted so much time learning stuff that I am not interested in. I kind of wasted a lot of time, I wasted my folks’ money because of that,” the host-vlogger said.

“I just feel that most schools, hindi siya personalized, ‘di ba? Parang one size fits all, aralin ninyo lahat ‘yan. If you fail in one, you’re not that smart, it shouldn’t be the case,” he added.

Iya agreed with her husband, though she also shared some fears about homeschooling.

“One thing that kind of scares me about homeschool, which is why I feel I am more mixed emotions about it, I mean it’s something that I want for my kids, but sometimes I don’t know if I can commit,” Iya said.

Despite these fears, Iya says she is okay with homeschooling. “There are actually more effective ways of learning,” the segment host of ‘24 Oras’ said.
