"Can't they be a Christian": JV Ejercito, hurt, asks after haters wish "bad things" for Erap

JV Ejercito took to Twitter and expressed how hurt he was after seeing haters simply hating and wishing ill for his father, former president Erap Estrada who is now battling with COVID-19 at a hospital.

He said that while they are monitoring the condition of Erap, there are those who simply hate and would go to the extent of wishing his father bad things.
"Can’t believe while we are monitoring my dad who is currently fighting for his life that there are a very handful of haters still wishing bad things or sowing hate. Can’t they be a Christian for this sensitive moment?"
It can be recalled that Erap was brought to the hospital after his sons noticed that he was having difficulty breathing.
When the test results came out, he was found to be positive for COVID-19 and was admitted.
The latest update from Jinggoy and JV showed that their father is already slowly recovering.
He also revealed that the President reached out and asked about the condition of Erap.

Sen. JV Ejercito revealed that Pres. Rodrigo Duterte has called and asked about his father, former Pres. Erap Estrada. The senator, through a Facebook post said that the call that the President made to them means so much. He also expressed surprise that the President called him up. He also said that the call further strengthens them in the midst of what their father is going through.
He also asked for the help of the netizens on what he should name his new dog. A netizen suggested that he should name the new dog “Plunder” or “Dynasty.” However, the suggestions of the netizen did not sit well with the former lawmaker. He had an argument with the netizen and said that his suggestions are not “funny.”
