KAMI learned that the netizen commented that Thai actor Mario Maurer might throw up if he sees the daring pic.
“haha baka maduwal si Mario,” the basher commented.
The comedienne replied by speculating that the netizen might be bashing her to cope with the stress brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kakai added that she would not pay for the basher’s hospital bill if ever she gets hospitalized due to the excessive amount of hate in her.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Kakai Bautista allegedly received a "cease and desist" order from Mario Maurer's agency. The agency claimed that Mario and Kakai’s rumored romance damaged the Thai actor’s career.
Meanwhile, in a previous report, the actress posted about setting "the bar high" amid the said controversy with Mario. “Set the bar and don't even lower that sh**. If people don't get it, that's not your problem," she posted.
