Geneva Cruz slams basher who lambasted her swimsuit photos

Geneva Cruz responded to a basher who told her to stop singing because she is already old.
She responded, "One ignorant woman on Facebook commented, and sabi n’ya, ‘Don’t sing anymore kasi ang tanda mo na!’ (What?!?! May age limit pala ang pagkanta! Lol)"

She added, "Pasensya na kasi pinaka ayoko sa lahat ‘yung nagmamarunong pero walang laman ‘yung ulo, pati puso wala rin. Bullies irritate me."
A longer portion was:
"One ignorant woman on FB made a comment, and sabi nya, “Don’t sing anymore, ang tanda mo na!” (Huwaaat?!?! May age limit pala ang pag-kanta! LOL) Sabi ko, “You sound smart when you're not talking, so please.... don't open your mouth, and quit embarrassing yourself.” Someday that person who is only 10 years younger than me (according to FB) will get older too, and wish ko lang sana when she gets to my age, kalahati man lang ng itsura ko makamit nya, which I doubt! Hahaha!"

Geneva Cruz is one of the members of the famous showbiz Cruz clan. She is a cousin of Sunshine Cruz, Donita Cruz and Sheryl Cruz. She was also a member of the famous group the Smokey Mountain that was formed by Ryan Cayabyab.
Geneva Cruz took to Instagram and posted a collage of photos that showed her transformation throughout the years. In the same post, she said that she could easily identify her age in the set of photos by simply looking at her face, weight, hairstyle, and outfit. She admitted that while she was made by her parents to feel good about her own looks, she was asked to go under the knife at 16 when she entered showbiz. She said that she was told that her nose was "too big for the movie screen" and so she had a nose job even though she really did not want to.
Sunshine Cruz, Geneva Cruz and Donna Cruz recently reunited virtually to sing for their fans, "You're In Love" by Wilson Phillips. The cousins managed to give entertainment to their followers despite being distant from each other. Sunshine is currently in Manila while Geneva is based in the US, and Donna is in Cebu City. Their video received positive reactions from netizens who were stunned by their beautiful singing.
