"Powder drúgs" reportedly brought by one guy in year-end party with Dacera, says Dela Serna affidavit

- An affidavit of one of the guys in the year-end party which Christine Dacera also joined contained a statement with regards to party drúgs

- The affidavit noted that one of them had "powder drugs" and that the name of the alleged guy was Mark Anthony Rosales

- A previous statement made by Rommel Galido during a press conference noted that Christine allegedly told him that she thought somebody put something in her drink, to which Rom also said that Tine was referring to "Mark"

- In the said affidavit of JP Dela Serna alleging that one of them brought party drúgs, it narrated how Mark took something from his sock, which was the said substance wrapped in a plastic

A report made by Emil Sumangil in GMA News "24 Oras," revealed that one of the guys during the year-end party that Christine Dacera joined allegedly brought powder "drúgs."

The guy who narrated such was JP Dela Serna and named "Mark Anthony Rosales" as the one who allegedly brought the said substances.

As per the report, the affidavit of Dela Serna stated that it was around 1:00 a.m, Jan. 1, when Mark took out a plastic that allegedly contained the said substances from his sock.

The affidavit also noted that Mark even urged them to partake, but Dela Serna refused.

An excerpt of the said affidavit as reported by GMA News provides:

"bandang 1:00 am ng January 1, 2021 ay may ipinakita si Mark Anthony Rosales habang kami ay nag-iinuman na may dinukot siya sa kaniyang medyas at ipinakita sa amin ang isang powder drugs na nakabalot sa plastic..."

Previously, Rommel Galido said that Christine came up to him and told him that she thinks something was placed in her drink, and when Rom asked who, Christine reportedly said, "I think Mark."

During the presscon where Rom narrated this, he gave the complete name, "Mark Anthony Rosales" upon the prodding of reporters.

Christine Dacera was found lifeless in a hotel in Makati City after New Year’s Eve. She reportedly attended a private party with her colleagues and “friends of friends.”

Friends of Christine Dacera gave an interview to ABS-CBN and recounted how good their friend really was. One of her friends, Andrei Barretto, candidly recalled his last conversation with Christine on New Year's Eve on IG. Andrei said that he replied to her story and that while he told Christine that he was at home, she told him that she booked a room with friends. When Andrei told her, baka "mapano ka dyan," she replied that it's negative because her companions were "mas babae pa" than her.

Expert forensic pathologist Dr. Raquel Fortun explained that it would be very unusual for a young individual to die of rupture aortic aneúrysm and mentioned that the common cause of such is high blood pressure. She added that it is hard to connect drugs or intoxication and thoracic aneúrysm but noted that it would have been best if blood and urine samples were taken from Dacera for toxicology.

Fortun also noted that based on the autopsy report, there was no sign of rape because she said, seeing spermatozoa is inconclusive of rape and added on zooming in on the possibility of drugs causing death.
