Catriona Gray proudly posted a barefaced photo of her on social media showing imperfections of her facial skin.
KAMI learned that on her Instagram page, the Miss universe 2018 said she has done so to expose the reality behind her “flawless” photos on social media.
“Hiii, just jumping on here with a bare faced selfie to remind you that even though in photoshoots, makeup and IG story filters, my skin looks "flawless"...in reality I have pores, oiliness, fine lines, breakouts, beauty spots and moles...and I'm perfectly fine with that. This is just a kind, little reminder to remember that what we see online is a "curated feed", and that we shouldn't compare that to our everyday reality.”

Catriona Gray is the fourth Pinay who brought home the Miss Universe crown in 2018. She is also a singer and is very active with the foundation that she's working on.
Her participation in Miss Universe Colombia 2020 as one of the pageant judges recently became controversial due to the pageant's introduction to the beauty queen. Catriona was introduced as “Australian by birth but represented Philippines after living for a few years there."
Earlier, Catriona calmly replied to a netizen who asked about her presence in Colombia amid the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses. The prominent beauty queen garnered the said criticism after sharing snaps on her social media page.
