Cristy Fermin did not hesitate to air her resentment towards some employees of ABS-CBN who have been asking for her help amid the shutdown issue.
KAMI learned that the said radio host expressed her hard feelings through her program on Radyo Singko entitled “Cristy Ferminute.”

While talking to Romel Chika, Cristy said that she was removed from ABS-CBN exactly 12 years ago. The said incident happened on October 8, 2008.
She also admitted to getting emotional on Thursday morning because she remembered the time when she was axed from the media giant.
As she continued with her message, she revealed that there are employees of ABS-CBN who have been seeking her help in looking for another job.
Cristy lamented the fact that when she was removed from the said network, nobody dared to ask if she was okay. But now that her help is needed, some employees have remembered her name already.
“Meron po akong ilang kasama doon na nagtatawagan ngayon. Tawag po nang tawag... Nagdadalawang-isip po akong sagutin dahil mula noong 2008, never po nila akong naalala. Hindi po nila tinanong kung kumain na ba ako, kung buhay pa ako, o ano bang nangyayari sa akin. Ngayon po ang panahon na tawagan sila nang tawagan lalo na yung isang bakla doon…” she quipped.
“You learn to forgive, but remember names… Maaalala po natin yung mga tao na nakahiga na tayo ay tinadyakan pa tayo… Ayaw ko lang magbanggit ng mga pangalan… Ito, hindi ako kinumusta nito mula noong 2008, pero ngayon yung pangangailangan niya sa akin niya ibinubuntong,” she added.

ABS-CBN is considered as one of the biggest broadcasting corporations in the Philippines. Its shutdown beginning May 5 has affected the lives of its 11 thousand employees.
