Michael V. revealed to the public that he went to the hospital yesterday after experiencing another symptom linked to “pneumonia.”
KAMI learned that the award-winning comedian is infected with the novel coronavirus disease and he has been on self-quarantine since the result first came out.
The said celebrity stated through an Instagram post that he rushed to an undisclosed medical facility to undergo X-Ray.
Michael V. complained about getting tired easily, and doctors claimed that it is possible for him to have pneumonia but he does not need to be confined.
“Sa mga concerned, nagpa-X-ray ako kahapon para masiguro kung meron akong pneumonia. Medyo mabilis kasi akong mapagod. May nakita silang pwedeng ‘pagmulan’ ng pneumonia pero hindi naman daw kailangang magpa-ospital,” he wrote.
“Niresetahan nila ako ng antibiotics at sinabihang sa bahay na lang ituloy ang pagpapagaling. Naka-self quarantine pa rin po ako para sa safety ng lahat ng nasa paligid ko,” he added.
The GMA-7 comedian decided to express his gratitude to all the people who keep on praying for his quick recovery.
He also called on Filipinos to be responsible for their actions so that the spread of the virus can be prevented or stopped.
“Gusto kong magpasalamat sa lahat ng patuloy na nagdarasal para sa kaligtasan namin ng pamilya ko,” the actor quipped.
“At gusto ko ring paalalahanan ang lahat na mag-ingat para wala kayong pagsisihan sa huli. Maging responsable at gawin ang lahat ng makakaya para hindi kayo mahawa o makahawa,” he added.
Michael V. is a well-known comedian and creative director. He is one of the main cast members in the longtime-running sketch comedy show entitled “Bubble Gang.”
Recently, many celebrities reacted to the circulating death hoax about the said actor.
He also explained through an interview with GMA-7 News some difficulties of being infected with COVID-19.
