Kim Idol, a prominent stand-up comedian in the Philippines, was found unconscious inside the Philippine Arena on Thursday morning.
KAMI learned that the said celebrity was one of the frontliners who volunteered to serve as a marshal of the Bureau of Quarantine at the said establishment.
He was rushed to the Manila Central University Hospital in Caloocan City and is currently diagnosed with a severe medical condition.
Kim’s mother revealed to the public that her son has brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a rare medical condition characterized by a tangle of abnormal blood vessels.
Philip Lazaro, a cast member of “Daddy's Gurl,” wrote on social media that the Filipino comedian is currently in life support.
Prayers are now requested for the recovery of Kim.
“Sa mga nakakakilala kay Kim Idol, patuloy tayong manalangin para sa kanya. Sinuong nya ang kanyang buhay para sa nangangailangan ng tulong bilang frontliner. [Hindi] sya nahawa, yung AVM yun ang naging dahilan napagod at puyat marahil,” Kim’s mom quipped.

Kim Idol is a popular personality in Philippine showbiz. He is known for his hilarious impersonation of Senator Leila de Lima.
Recently, his friend Super Tekla also revealed that his family is in need of help. His newborn son needs to undergo an operation so he asked Willie Revillame’s help amid their alleged issue.
Another Filipino comedian who goes by the name of Joey Paras also aired an appeal to the public amid his serious medical condition.
