- Her sister initially said that her beauty is natural and the actress immediately chimed in that no part of her body went under the knife

Ivana Alawi has gained fame in the showbiz industry and has gotten a lot of followers already. Along with her fame though were questions whether she went under the knife or not.
KAMI learned that on Ivana's vlog Mukbang + Answering Your Questions, the younger sister of Ivana, Mona Louise Rey, stated that her ate is a natural beauty.
The GMA-7 child star stated, "Natural po beauty ng ate ko!"
After her sister stated this, Ivana then chimed in, "O, hindi magsisinungaling yung bata. Ayaw niyo kasi maniwala, so ayaw kong paulit-ulit ko siyang sinasagot. Pero para sa inyo, sasagutin ko siya ulit."
Ivana clarified that she did not undergo any type of cosmetic surgery.
"Hindi ako nagparetoke ng kahit ano. Kahit hawakan mo pa yung ilong ko ng ganun. Wala talaga. Hindi ko naman ide-deny, guys."
So there you have it, Ivana clarified that she did not go through any "retoke."
