On his recent Instagram post, the 43-year-old actor shared a throwback picture showing his slimmer physique back then. It only proved that he is undeniably handsome in any body size.

The photo of Piolo’s younger but thin appearance still charmed many netizens who reacted on his post that displayed his commendable facial features.
