Leng or Arlene Altura in real life asked Raffy Tulfo for help. This was after the YouTube video of Mark Jayson Warnakulahewa or popularly known as Makagago, where he was accusing her of having an abortion and a video scandal.
Altura was looking for possibilities of pressing charges against the said YouTuber.
During their interview in Aksyon sa Tanghali earlier today, Leng was in tears telling the story to Raffy.
She said that Mark made a YouTube video where the harsh accusations were made against her.
On the same interview, P/Capt. Jeck Robin, PIO, PNP Anti-cybercrime Unit, said that Online/Cybel Libel could be filed against Mark for the content of his video. Sanctions could possibly range from 6 months to 12 years of imprisonment, indemnification may possibly apply as well.
Both parties are set to personally meet tomorrow with the presence of Raffy Tulfo in his program.
It can be recalled that all the bashing started when Leng endorsed a clothing line with a vulgar brand name. After this, Mark's YouTube video came alongside with his side accusations against the lady.
Leng's popularity started with her viral dance videos where she showed off her swag and impressive dancing skills.
As of this writing, she has already gained more than 1 million followers on Facebook.
