A 29-year-old woman from Argentina named Fiamma Villaverde almost experienced something straight out of a movie.

Villaverde celebrated her birthday on May 19 and chose to watch a movie to mark the occasion.

She was with her 11-year-old daughter and a friend when the incident happened.

By chance, they stopped by Cinema Ocho in La Plata and decided to watch 'Final Destination: Bloodlines' that day.

The said movie saga was well known for its connect-the-dots plots of accidents and people who managed to cheat on death.

“The truth is, we hadn't planned to go to the movies… [But] since the tickets were cheaper than the rest of the week, we said, 'Shall we?',” Villaverde told (translated) Infobae, an Argentine news outlet.

Just when the movie was about to reach its end, a loud crash sound suddenly filled the movie house.

Little did they know, a ceiling panel fell from Cinema 4, and it directly landed onto Fiamma.

"There was a really loud noise. At first, we thought it was part of the movie because we were so absorbed, but then a huge piece fell on me," Villaverde said.

Villaverde immediately went to the ticket office and requested for a refund.

"I got angry,” she said. “Just imagine if they hit my daughter in the head! They're irresponsible!”
