An Air Force training jet is a special type of military aircraft used mainly to train new pilots before they are allowed to fly more advanced fighter jets or other military planes.

These training jets are designed to be smaller and simpler than combat jets, but they can still fly very fast and perform important flying lessons like takeoffs, landings, and aerial maneuvers.

Some training jets also allow pilots to practice using weapons in a safe and controlled way.

The main goal of a training jet is to prepare pilots for real missions by teaching them basic and advanced flying skills.

Many countries use training jets as a required step in pilot training programs, and some are even built to handle limited combat roles.

Training jets are very important in making sure pilots are fully prepared before facing high-pressure situations during military operations.
