VP Leni Robredo finally addressed the heckling incident that happened against her daughter, Jillian.

She said that it was a rather unfortunate incident, however, she considered it as an isolated case considering that Jillian has gone to a number of locations in Baguio already and such only happened at the public market.

VP Leni also said that just like in her message to Mayor Benjie Magalong who apologized for the incident, which she actually said the apology was no longer necessary but nonetheless appreciated, that it was an isolated case.

VP Leni Robredo is the incumbent vice president of the Philippines. She is a human rights lawyer. Her husband was the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo. They have three daughters, namely, Aika, Patricia, and Jillian. VP Leni is currently running for the highest office of the land in the May 2022 national elections.

A video of VP Leni Robredo at the Bulacan rally has gone viral. She was made to jokingly withdraw from a mockup ATM, taking a swipe at the statement of presidential aspirant Isko Moreno. After she "withdrew" she resumed what she was doing. The Bulacan rally is also among the biggest, with 144,000 crowd estimate by local organizers.

Kim Chiu, on her 32nd birthday, received a heartfelt video greeting from Vice President Leni Robredo. In the video, the female politician wished Kim a happy birthday and praised her for having an inspiring life and journey. The actress shared the video greeting on Instagram and revealed in the caption that VP Leni’s message made her cry. Kim likewise expressed gratitude to the presidential aspirant not just for the greeting but also for the “laban na binibigay ninyo para sa ating bayan.”
