The actor said that Leni is his choice because of her genuine public service throughout the years, especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
He added that Leni is the presidential candidate who can truly unite the Filipino people because of her honesty and compassion as a public servant.

According to Piolo, Leni’s grand rallies give a glimpse of the unity possible under her leadership.
“Ganito ang itsura ng totoong unity. Ang totoong pagkakaisa ay isang pangako na walang maiiwan, lahat tayo magkakasabay na humahakbang para sa pangarap na lipunan…. Hindi ito ‘yung pagkakaisa ng mga political dynasty para sa sarili nilang interes…
“Iisa lang ang taong nagpakita at nagparamdam niyan sa atin sa loob ng napakaraming taon: si Leni Robredo lang. At si Leni Robredo lang ang tanging iboboto kong pangulo ngayong eleksiyon,” Piolo said.
Piolo Pascual has appeared on TV shows like Gimik and Mara Clara during the early 90s. He rose to prominence after being paired with Judy Ann Santos, with their love team becoming the talk of the town during the early 2000s. They did four multi-awarded movies during that time — Till There Was You, Kahit Isang Saglit, Don't Give Up on Us, and Bakit Di Totohanin.
In a previous report by KAMI, Alex Gonzaga shared a post on Twitter about Piolo Pascual's birthday. The TV personality wrote the famous actor a humorous but heartfelt birthday message. She thanked Piolo for introducing her to Mikee Morada, her husband. Piolo was the one who introduced Mikee to Alex.
Earlier, Piolo surprised his mother who is residing in California. His mom celebrated her 75th birthday and the actor made sure that he would be there to celebrate with her. He flew to the U.S. and brought his mom lovely flowers. The actor captured everything on video and the happiness on his mom's face was clearly evident.
