According to GTV News Balitanghali, the truck was heading to Cotabato City when it swerved to avoid a motorcycle in front of it in Barangay San Mateo.
The driver reportedly turned the steering wheel sharply, causing the vehicle to hit the center island and topple over.
The incident also involved a multicab on the opposite lane, which was on its way home at the time.
