A 42-year-old motorist tragically lost his life following a sudden medical emergency that triggered a multi-vehicle accident involving a young couple on a motorcycle.

The incident, which occurred along N. Bacalso Avenue, was captured in a chilling dashcam sequence.

The footage reveals a car suddenly accelerating into the rear of a motorcycle. According to eyewitnesses and the video uploader, Richard, the car did not slow down because the driver had lost consciousness while his foot remained pressed against the accelerator.

The impact was severe. The female passenger on the motorcycle suffered injuries to her leg, while the rider was swept directly underneath the car.

In a desperate bid to save the trapped rider, the driver's own wife reportedly emerged from the vehicle, pleading for help and explaining that her husband was suffering a heart attack.

Community spirit took over as nearby motorists and a traffic enforcer rushed to the scene.

Together, they manually lifted the vehicle to pull the rider to safety. Richard noted that the rider’s presence under the car actually acted as a makeshift "chock," eventually bringing the moving vehicle to a halt.

Emergency responders rushed all parties to a nearby medical facility. The Traffic Enforcement Unit later confirmed that the car driver was pronounced dead shortly after arrival due to cardiac arrest.

Fortunately, the couple on the motorcycle—though shaken and requiring treatment—survived the ordeal and have since been discharged.
