The video showed the youths running across the road, with some crossing to the opposite side of the busy avenue.
Several of them were seen hurling stones and bottles, which reached the middle of the roadway and briefly disrupted traffic, raising concerns among motorists and nearby residents.
Barangay chairman Andrew Concepcion said barangay personnel immediately acted after a report from a village watchman.

He added that they coordinated with the Tactical Motorcycle Riding Unit of the Manila Police District Station 14 to pursue the group.
“Rumesponde naman kaagad ang mga taga-TMRU ng Station 14 kaya 'yun, nagkaroon ng paghahabol,” Concepcion said.
Two male youths, aged 14 and 16, were apprehended during the chase. Barangay officials said the minors were not residents of Barangay 411.
Concepcion explained that he informed the barangay officials of the youths’ place of residence and recommended that the case be referred to social welfare authorities.
“Sinabi ko naman doon sa punong barangay nila... na idiretso na ng DSWD,” he said.
Authorities believe the clash may have stemmed from “yabangan” or rivalry among the youths.
While no bladed weapons were recovered, stones and broken bottles were left scattered on the road. Officials confirmed that no civilians were injured during the incident.
Due to the frequency of similar disturbances in the area, the barangay announced plans to intensify patrols and install additional CCTV cameras. Concepcion noted that fights often erupt when police units leave the area.
“Palagi namin binabantayan yan lalong lalo na ang mga elemento ng station 14,” he said.

The barangay chairman also appealed to parents to closely monitor and discipline their children, particularly during late hours. The apprehended youths were turned over to police custody and later released to their parents, while coordination with their home barangay is ongoing.
In other news, police operations in Cavite turned deadly on January 27, 2026, after an alleged drug suspect known as alias “Tol” was killed during a high-speed chase that began in Bacoor and ended in Kawit. Authorities said the suspect resisted arrest during a buy-bust operation, allegedly overpowering officers and fleeing in an unmarked police vehicle. As he attempted to evade capture, the suspect reportedly rammed into several civilian vehicles, including a tricycle, an SUV, and two motorcycles, leaving multiple bystanders injured. The pursuit ended near the Marulas exit of Cavitex, where police said the suspect opened fire after being cornered, prompting officers to shoot back.
Still in other news, determination paid off for a motorcycle owner in North Fairview, Quezon City, who personally tracked down suspects accused of stealing two helmets from his parked bike. CCTV footage captured the chase, showing the victim following a motorized sidecar, or kolong-kolong, that the suspects allegedly used to slip through traffic. Police officers later intercepted the vehicle and arrested three men believed to be members of a local “Salisi Gang” involved in small-scale theft. Investigators said the main suspect admitted he planned to sell the stolen helmets for cash, while the two others insisted they were unaware of the theft and were simply accompanying him at the time.
