The victim recounted waking up during the incident and feeling unable to defend herself.

“Nung nagising ako nakadiin siya sa kamay ko. Parang nagkaroon ako ng pasa dito. Pinipilit kong lumaban pero hindi ako makalaban kasi nanghihinga ako ng oras na yun,” she said.

She later managed to leave the motel despite still feeling dizzy, with the suspect following her outside.

“Nung mga oras na yun natakot ako. Iniisip ko kung mag-hysterical ako at magwawala ako, puwedeng may gawin siyang masama sa akin,” the victim added.

Earlier CCTV footage showed the same woman being wheeled out of a bar along Tomas Morato in Quezon City while unconscious before being placed into the suspect’s car with help from another police officer.

The victim believes her drink was spiked.

“Nung huling inumin ko yun medyo okay pa ako pero after ilang minutes, nag-iba na ang pakiramdam ko at totally nag-blackout na ako,” she said.

Medico-legal results indicated that the victim had been sexually assaulted. However, the suspect’s lawyer denied the allegations.

The Manila Police District stated that it will not tolerate misconduct and vowed to act swiftly on both the administrative and criminal cases filed against the officer.

In a previous report by KAMI, the Bureau of Customs was reported to be conducting a thorough review of the importation of roughly 40 luxury vehicles allegedly linked to the family of Sarah Discaya. The probe was launched after a viral interview surfaced online in which Discaya openly showcased their impressive collection of high-end cars, quickly catching the attention of both the public and government authorities. Following the interview, customs officials began examining importation records in detail, focusing on documents such as shipping papers and the identities of the declared consignees, to determine whether any customs laws or regulations may have been violated. In addition to the vehicle importation issue, Discaya has also been associated with contractors connected to flood control projects that are now under investigation by the Senate, further placing her name in the middle of ongoing public and legislative scrutiny. In a separate but related development, reports have also confirmed the death of former Department of Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Catalina Cabral, whose name had surfaced in discussions surrounding flood control controversies.
