On Monday, Quezon City Police District director Police Col. Randy Glenn Silvio shared updates from the ongoing investigation into De Juan’s disappearance on December 10, just days before her scheduled wedding.

According to Silvio, forensic examinations of De Juan’s cellphone and laptop revealed signs of emotional distress and possible suicidal ideation in the period leading up to her disappearance.

“Nakikita namin na parang, opo, distressed siya at may personal dilemma,” Silvio said.

The police official also presented messages De Juan sent to her fiancé, Mark Arjay Reyes, which showed emotional strain and internal conflict.

One message dated October 30 followed an argument related to wedding expenses.

“Sorry na po medyo magulo kasi ang isip ko ngayon, mahal,” De Juan wrote.

In another message, De Juan opened up about feeling overwhelmed by multiple pressures in her life.

“Sige po, looks like nawalan ka na din ng gana. Pasensya na po. Di ko alam, pasensya ka na these past few weeks. Pansin mo sobrang clingy ko sa’yo kasi di lang sa wedding ako natutorn. I'm actually struggling internally, para akong sasabog. Di ko ma-explain, pero pag nakikita ko presence mo, napupuno ako ng hope. I don't know, siguro sa dami ng nangyayari, na-overwhelmed ako,” she said.

She later added that the situation was taking a toll on her well-being.

“Gusto ko sana kasing mag-focus lang sa ating dalawa pero laging nahahati, and it makes me sick talaga. Pero kaya to,” she added.

Silvio said digital records also showed financial worries and messages expressing a desire to rest or take a break from ongoing stress.

“Nakikita natin na na-stress siya sa sunod-sunod na problema — kailangan niyang mag-rest o magbakasyon,” Silvio said.

Reyes previously said De Juan last contacted him at around 1 p.m. on December 10, telling him she was going to Fairview Center Mall to buy her wedding shoes.

In a previous KAMI report, the Bureau of Customs was reported to be examining the importation of about 40 luxury vehicles allegedly linked to the family of Sarah Discaya, following a viral interview where their high-end car collection was featured. Authorities are reviewing import records and consignees to check for possible violations, as Discaya has also been linked to contractors involved in flood control projects now under Senate scrutiny. Separately, reports confirmed the death of former Department of Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Catalina Cabral.

Meanwhile, Korina Sanchez-Roxas drew online attention after posting a photo from Disneyland, where she posed in front of a palace-like attraction. Her caption, which opened with "My P10 Million Palace," was widely interpreted by netizens as a playful reference to past allegations made against her by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.
