Police Lieutenant Colonel Joy Leanza explained the process and said, "Vinerify natin, vinalidate natin kung siya ba 'yung nasa warrant of arrest."

She added that the woman admitted she was the person named in the document.

Authorities stated that the warrant was issued in June 2022 following allegations that she stole money from her former employer in Taguig City.

Leanza said, "Nag-work siya roon for 15 years as kasambahay."

She added that the employer filed a complaint because "nawalan ng almost P90,000."

After the alleged incident, the woman reportedly worked abroad for more than a year as a salon staff member before returning to the Philippines last January. She denied the accusation, insisting she had never stolen from her employer.

The woman said, "Hindi ko po alam na kinasuhan ako eh."
She added that the claim was untrue and said, "Nagtrabaho po ako sa kanila ng 15 years pero hindi ko po nagawa ng ganu'n."
