A man died after he was shot during a drinking session in Barangay 465, Sampaloc, Manila.

According to a report on GMA News Saksi, people began to run when gunfire erupted. CCTV footage captured a woman running away from the scene, followed by a man believed to be the gunman.

The victim was later seen lying on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to the head and body. He died on the spot.

Police said the suspect and the victim had an argument that escalated. The tension grew until the suspect pulled out a gun and fired at the victim during the gathering.

Officers are now conducting follow-up operations to locate the suspect.

Investigators are reviewing more CCTV footage and speaking with witnesses to strengthen the case.

The family of the victim is calling for justice as authorities continue their investigation.

Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
