The explosion occurred outside a house on Friday evening, immediately throwing the community into alarm.

CCTV footage reviewed by the police shows two individuals, a "riding-in-tandem" pair, momentarily pulling up in front of the target residence.

Almost immediately after the suspects sped away from the scene, the first blast occurred, followed quickly by the second, confirming that two separate fragmentation grenades were used in the attack.

Miraculously, and despite the severity of the explosions, police confirmed that no one was physically injured in the incident.

However, the force of the blasts caused considerable damage to several vehicles parked along the side of the street near the target house.

Shrapnel and debris caused widespread harm to windshields, paint, and nearby structures.

The perpetrators were able to evade immediate capture, fleeing the scene and successfully exiting the subdivision before security forces could seal off the area.

This brazen act of violence, carried out in a residential community, has immediately raised concerns about safety and the intent behind the attack.
