Ipinahayag ni Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon ang kanyang matinding pagkadismaya sa laki ng problemang kinahaharap ng ahensya kaugnay ng imbestigasyon sa maanomalyang flood control projects.

“Habang tumatagal akong nakaupo rito sa DPWH, araw-araw na lang eh may bagong nadidiskubre. Lumalaki nang lumalaki ang nakikita nating problema,” saad ni Dizon sa isang press conference nitong Miyerkules, Setyembre 24.
