He explained that his main intention was to provide a safety reminder for fellow security guards on the importance of proper turnover procedures.
“I just wanted to remind my fellow guards to always be cautious and responsible. The clip that went viral is misleading because it was altered,” he said.
The vlogger added that he deeply regrets the confusion and concern the video caused, and assured the public that he never intended to promote unsafe firearm handling.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) has launched an investigation into the incident to determine whether any safety protocols were breached during the filming of the video.
Authorities also reminded security personnel of the strict guidelines governing the use, handling, and turnover of firearms.
The incident highlights the risks of posting firearm-related content online and the importance of accurate demonstrations when educating others about safety.
