Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso gave a strong message to troublemakers and bullies on the streets of the city.
This came after a man, now known online as "Lowbat Sidecar Boy," went viral for blocking the road with his sidecar along Quezon Street leading to Herbosa in Tondo.
His action caused heavy traffic and inconvenience to drivers and commuters.
The Manila Police District acted quickly after the viral post reached the city government. The man was brought to Manila City Hall, where he faced the mayor.

On his official Facebook page, Mayor Isko shared updates about the incident and included a warning to people who keep breaking the law.
In photos shared online, the mayor is seen flicking the ear of the man as a form of light punishment.
Mayor Isko firmly said that Manila now has a working government, and street bullies will no longer be tolerated.
He warned that while it was just an ear flick this time, bigger violations will lead to serious consequences in the future.
The nickname "Lowbat" was given to the man after he was seen in the video sitting calmly beside his sidecar, seemingly unaware or unbothered by the traffic he was causing.
The video showed the long delay he caused to motorists and commuters in the area.
Mayor Isko also thanked netizens for staying alert and reporting problems in the city. He encouraged the public to keep tagging the local government so they can act right away.
This incident serves as a reminder from the local government that they are serious about keeping order and discipline, especially on public roads.
