A disturbing video of a man convulsing after inhaling a cigarette known as “tuklaw” has surfaced in Taguig City, raising concerns about the growing use of this dangerous substance.

According to reports, an unidentified motorcycle rider approached the victim and asked him to light and puff the cigarette.
Moments later, the man was seen shaking uncontrollably, prompting alarm among bystanders. The victim was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are now conducting a manhunt to identify and apprehend the rider involved in the incident.
