A disturbing incident in General Santos City has sparked public outrage after a video surfaced showing a minor girl being violently attacked by a group of seven young women.

According to Brigada News PH, the victim was kicked, punched, and dragged by her hair before being thrown off a d&ke by her assailants.
Shockingly, one of their companions chose to film the brutal attack rather than intervene.
The video quickly circulated on social media, prompting authorities to take swift action. Police Major Angelo Quedilla, Chief of Macar Police Station, confirmed that the identities of those involved were rapidly established.

Following this, the parents of the minors were summoned to the police station to address the serious offense committed by their children.
General Santos City Mayor also called for an immediate meeting with both the minors and their parents to discuss the gravity of the incident and ensure accountability.
The mayor emphasized the importance of addressing violent behavior among the youth and called for the community's vigilance in preventing similar acts.
The minors involved in the assault are currently under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for appropriate intervention and counseling.
