Atong Ang is preparing to file a complaint affidavit against a man identified as alias "Totoy."
Totoy was previously reported to be one of the security guards assigned at the Manila Arena.
It can be recalled that, during an interview with Emil Sumangil of GMA 7, he admitted that the 34 "missing sabungeros" were killed by strangulat!on.
He also claimed that all the bodies were buried in Taal Lake.

Previously, as shared by Philippine Star, "Totoy recently accused Ang of allegedly being the mastermind behind the disappearance of several c0ckfighting enthusiasts."
Atong Ang, whose real name is Charlie Tiu Hay Sy Ang, is a well-known Filipino businessman and political figure who became widely recognized in 2001 during the impeachment trial of former President Joseph Estrada.
He was accused of being involved in illegal gambl!ng operations, particularly jueteng, and was said to be closely associated with Estrada.
Atong Ang fled to the United States but was later extradited back to the Philippines, where he pleaded guilty to bribery charges and returned a large sum of money to the government.
Despite his controversial past, he later shifted to legal gaming ventures, including jai alai and c0ckfighting operations.
He co-founded the Ultimate Fighting C0ck Championship and has been involved in several major gambl!ng-related businesses.
In recent years, he has worked more closely with government agencies to help address illegal gambl!ng while continuing to expand his influence in the gaming industry.

Prior to this news, an individual identified as “Totoy,” who is accused of the kidnapping of the missing “sabungeros,” has reportedly confessed that the victims are dead and has offered to expose the alleged mastermind. “Totoy” claims the missing sabungeros were killed by strangling them with tie wire. “Totoy” asserts that the number of individuals killed in connection to c0ckfighting could be close to 100, far exceeding the officially recognized 34 missing sabungeros. Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla will evaluate “Totoy’s” statements, while the PNP and NBI have expressed readiness to provide witness protection as he prepares to submit a sworn affidavit.
