- Caught on camera, the male suspect was seen walking inside a narrow and dark way

- Then just moments after, he brought out his gun and shot the male victim, who was at that time, passing time by on a motorcycle while being busy on his phone

- The actual crime was no longer caught by CCTV, but from another angle, the victim was seen falling on the ground

Shocked residents ran for their lives, and the suspect also started running to escape the crime scene.

However, he went back and made extra gunshots as if he was making sure that the victim was surely dead.

In an interview by GMA 7's 'Balitanghali,' Manuel De Jesus, Asst. Team Leader of Brgy. Cembo Bantay Bayan, said the victim was playing on his mobile phone.

He added the gunshot wounds were all on the victim's body.

Eventually, the 41-year-old suspect was arrested in Barangay Pitogo, Taguig.

Allegedly confiscated from the suspect was 3 sachets of what's believed to be sh@bu worth over 8,000 pesos.

According to the police authorities, irregularities in dr*g trade is one of the motives they're looking for behind the brutal crime.

Meanwhile, the arrested suspect denied the allegations against him. The suspect said he has no idea why he was being pointed out as the suspect and that there was no reason for him to do the crime to the victim.

He also added that he has no personal anger towards the victim whom he has just known for a week.

Based on the authorities, the suspect has another accomplice who's still at large.
