2-Star General, sinampahan ng reklamong pananamantala ng dalawang sundalong lalaki

- A 2-Star General was accused of rap* through s*xual assault at attempted rap* through s*xual by two male soldiers

- This happened early morning of January 29, 2025, when the group came from a drinking session

- Caught on cam as reported by GMA 7's '24 Oras,' the 2-Star General and other companions including the two soldiers arrived at the San Fernando Air Base in Lipa, Batangas

- A couple of hours after, the two soldiers were seen comforting each other while crying

Witnessing the scene, their Lieutenant asked them what's wrong. That's when they confessed that they were allegedly s3xually abused by the 2-Star General.

The alleged victims have already filed a rap* through s*xual assault at attempted rap* through s*xual complaints against the 2-Star General.

According to the sworn statement of the 2 soldiers, they were invited by the 2-Star General to sleep inside his quarters, which they thought was just a joke.

That's when the alleged crime happened. However, one of them started to discreetly audio and video record inside without the 2-Star General's knowledge.

The said 2-Star General was relieved from his position and was put in restrictive custody of the Philippine Air Force.

However, on the 2-Star General's counter affidavit, he denied the allegations of the two soldiers.

"I vehemently deny the above allegations for lack of factual basis and evidence."

"Complainant are strong, able-bodied military officers who could easily overpower me..."

"...they are not under duress nor I used firearm or any bladed weapon, nor I used force, threat, or intimidation against their will."

"They could have easily left my room, as they had free access to the door, or used force to prevent the unlawful act."

According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
