Motorcycle vlogger "Yanna" was absent during the LTO hearing regarding the "road rage" case.
It can be recalled that Yanna and pickup driver Jimmy Pascua got into a confrontation after she made a curse gesture toward him.
Because the lady moto-vlogger failed to appear, the LTO ordered her to surrender her suspended driver’s license and to present the motorcycle she used during the incident.
In addition, Yanna’s apology letter was rejected by Pascua, who said he would still pursue legal action against her as he found the letter “insincere.”

Pascua also said that Yanna didn't listen to his sibling when they told Yanna to delete the video of the said road rage which happened in Zambales.
According to the report by UNTV News and Rescue, Pascua said it could've been better if Yanna apologized to him personally since the video embarrassed not only him but his entire family.

In a previous report by KAMI, the Land Transportation Office has ordered "Yanna Motovlog" to surrender her suspended driver's license. This was after the non-appearance of the lady moto-vlogger during the LTO hearing about her case. Meanwhile, present during the LTO hearing was the pickup driver named, Jimmy Pascua, whom Yanna had an altercation with. It can be recalled that Yanna's driver's license was put to a 90-day preventive suspension by the LTO to give way to their investigation.
Priot to this, the Land Transportation Office issued a show cause order against "Yanna," a motorcycle vlogger. This was after the viral road rage video where she and a pickup driver got into a confrontation while driving on a rough road in Zambales. It can be recalled that Yanna has already issued a public apology through a Facebook video. In relation to this, Senator JV Ejercito noted that although a public apology has been made by the moto-vlogger, she must still face the consequences of her actions.
