“We imposed a 90-day preventive suspension on her driver’s license as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident. In the light of her absence during the hearing, we mandated her, through her legal counsel, to surrender her driver’s license. That is for her own good,” said LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II.
Another hearing is set on Thursday, May 8. Yanna was not just ordered to surrender her suspended driver's license, but also to bring the motorcycle she was riding during the incident.
According to the LTO, during the hearing, the motorcycle Yanna was using that day during the said road rage was actually not registered under her name.

In a previous report by KAMI, the Land Transportation Office issued a show cause order against "Yanna," a motorcycle vlogger. This was after the viral road rage video where she and a pickup driver got into a confrontation while driving on a rough road in Zambales. It can be recalled that Yanna has already issued a public apology through a Facebook video. In relation to this, Senator JV Ejercito noted that although a public apology has been made by the moto-vlogger, she must still face the consequences of her actions.
Additionally, Senator JV Ejercito denied being involved in the viral road rage video involving Yanna. He clarified that they were not riding together and only met at Coto Mines because of the Moto Camping event. He gave advice about staying patient on the road to avoid conflict. He also emphasized that he does not use sirens or blinkers on his motorcycle.
